Being is an art form we are born w/, and rapidly taught to forget. Then we begin the journey back to that state that we came w/ – the state of perfect being-ness. I think in the end that is the ultimate goal of meditation.

Well said. It is a pity that we unlearn to be when we grow up in our society.
Being is an art form we are born w/, and rapidly taught to forget. Then we begin the journey back to that state that we came w/ – the state of perfect being-ness. I think in the end that is the ultimate goal of meditation.
