mindfulness in plain english
after reading Eckhart Tolle’s books, i am now searching for the stillness through deeper meditation. i found after reading a part in “beyond mindfulness in plain english” from Bhante Gunaratana that i could get behind the blockage in my daily meditation. i could finally stop the chatter and found myself in a ‘floating’ feeling. i will stay with this….
english is not my mother - language and it it sometimes hard for me to follow the thoughts . but it is any how about NOT to think too much ;-) right?
